Within 05 working days after receiving the enterprise's dossier of request, the General Director of the General Department of Customs shall issue a decision to recognize the customs clearance agent according to form No. 05 enclosed with the Circular. and issue the code of customs agent staff according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 9 of this Circular and update it into the electronic portal of the General Department of Customs.
