Gần đây có nghị định 69/2018/NĐ-CP về quy định hàng tạm nhập tái xuất phải có điều kiện rất khó, tôi không biết hình thức tôi nhập có bị chi phối bởi Nghị định này hay không? Hay vẫn nhập sản xuất xuất khẩu kiểm dịch động vật như bình thường?
