So when the enterprise has a license to distribute alcohol, it is allowed to import all types of alcohol from all foreign suppliers, or only import wines from the suppliers named in the license. mix wine? - Regarding food safety inspection procedures, our company will make a self-declaration for the wine product to be imported, so when importing goods, the company must bring the sample to the Quatest 3 center for inspection. Certificate of quality of imported goods or not? Because currently, according to Decree No. 15/2018 / ND-CP, for products with product announcement receipt, they will be exempt from food safety inspection at the time of import.

Reply:

- Pursuant to Point a, Clause 2, Article 18 of the Government's Decree No. 105/2017 / ND-CP dated September 14, 2017 stipulating:

“Article 18.- Rights and obligations of wine distributors, wholesalers and retailers and wine sellers for local consumption

2. Rights and obligations of wine distributors:

a) Importing alcohol, buying wine from domestic wine traders and other wine distributors according to the license; ”

Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 13 of the Government's Decree No. 15/2018 / ND-CP dated February 2, 2018:

“Article 13. Cases of exemption from state inspection on imported food safety (except cases with food safety warnings)

1. The product has been granted a registration receipt for the product announcement. ”

According to the above provisions, the wine distribution company imports alcohol strictly according to the contents of the license and is exempt from state inspection on food safety if it has been granted a registration receipt for the remaining product proclamation. effect.

The company refer to the above provisions for implementation. In case any problems arise, please contact the Sub-department of Customs where the declaration is expected to be registered for specific instructions.
