Degree of actual goods inspection:The actual goods inspection shall be carried out until sufficient establishments determine the legality and suitability of the whole goods lot with the customs dossiers.Customs officers shall conduct the actual inspection of goods according to the decisions of the directors of the Customs Sub-Departments and base on the information related to the goods at the time of inspection; responsible for the test results for the goods tested.
