Theo Khoản 1 Điều 64 Thông tư số 38/2015/TT-BTC ngày 25/3/2015 của Bộ Tài chính

1. Chậm nhất 15 ngày kể từ ngày hợp đồng gia công kết thúc hoặc hết hiệu lực thực hiện, tổ chức, cá nhân có văn bản thông báo cho Chi cục Hải quan nơi làm thủ tục quyết toán phương án giải quyết nguyên liệu, vật tư dư thừa; máy móc, thiết bị thuê, mượn; phế liệu, phế phẩm theo mẫu số 17/XL-HĐGC/GSQL Phụ lục V Thông tư 38/2015/TT-BTC.

2. Chậm nhất 30 ngày kể từ ngày thông báo phương án giải quyết nguyên liệu, vật tư dư thừa, máy móc, thiết bị thuê, mượn, phế liệu, phế phẩm, tổ chức, cá nhân phải thực hiện xong thủ tục hải quan để giải quyết nguyên liệu, vật tư dư thừa, máy móc, thiết bị thuê, mượn, phế liệu, phế phẩm (nếu có).
