For this case we will import normally
The procedure can refer to:
1. Customs procedure dossiers:
- Declaration of imported goods
- Commercial invoice in case the buyer has to pay the seller
- Bill of lading or other transport documents
- Import license
- Value declaration
- Documents certifying the origin of goods (only in certain cases).
2. A dossier of application for import permit:
- Apply for a license
- A copy of the commercial contract between the parties involved
- A copy of the certificate of enterprise registration or certificate of business registration (for cases where registration is required) or investment certificate (for cases of foreign-invested enterprises); Identity card or passport for individuals (Submit only when exporting for the first time)
- Import quarantine certificate
3. Identification of commodity codes:
To determine the import tax rate, enterprises base on the actual nature and structure of goods they import and apply 06 classification rules in Appendix II issued together with Circular No. 156/2011. / TT-BTC dated 14/11/2011 of the Ministry of Finance promulgating Vietnam's List of Imports and Exports of Goods to determine detailed HS codes suitable for goods.
