The General Department of Customs has just issued documents to guide provincial and municipal Customs Departments of sand export procedures.

Accordingly, for white silicon sand, yellow sand for making molds is only allowed to be exported if it meets the following conditions: Having an export contract signed with a foreign partner before September 15, 2017 and approved by the Ministry of Construction.
