This is a remarkable content that has just been instructed by the General Department of Customs to guide the local customs departments to implement the new procedures of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) on the National Single Window (NSW). .
Accordingly, from April 18 to April 25, six administrative procedures related to the management of the Department of Animal Health (MARD) will be implemented on the national single window.
Specifically, 18/4 carried out 2 procedures including: Registration of quarantine of imported aquatic animals and animal products; Granting quarantine certificates for imported aquatic animals and animal products.
On April 20, performing 2 procedures: State inspection of quality of imported veterinary drugs; License for import of veterinary drugs, materials for making veterinary medicine.
On 25 April, two procedures were implemented: Registration for quarantine of terrestrial animals and animal products temporarily imported for re-export, temporary export for re-import, border-gate transfer, bonded warehouses and transit through the territory of Vietnam; Issuing certificates of quarantine of terrestrial animals and animal products, temporary import for re-export, temporary export for re-import, border-gate transfer and transit of Vietnam's territory.
In order to implement the above procedures, the General Department of Customs directs the local customs departments to delegate officials to use the function of looking up the handling results of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for the 6 procedures mentioned above on the E-Customs System. .
Require officials of departments to access the E-Customs System to look up and exploit the handling results of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for the above procedures and do not require the enterprise to submit a paper copy with documents issued through the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. national one-stop shop.
