Specifically, in addition to cases not subject to storage under the provisions of Clause 6, Article 32 of Circular 38/2015 / TT-BTC (amended and supplemented in Circular 39/2018 / TT-BTC), in process of carrying out customs procedures if detecting that imported goods subject to specialized inspection show signs of non-compliance with corresponding standards and technical regulations; or there is information provided by ministries, branches and specialized inspection agencies that the goods expected to be imported show signs of non-compliance with standards, technical regulations or determination of imported goods of the same category. Goods subject to inspection in circulation fail to meet technical standards and regulations, customs offices shall not permit goods to be preserved and at the same time send written notices to specialized inspection agencies for attention.
