Reply: In addition to customs procedure documents in Article 16 of the Ministry of Finance's Circular No. 38/2015 / TT-BTC of March 25, 2015, enterprises importing cars of 9 seats or less when carrying out import procedures, must submit additional documents as prescribed in Circular 20/2011 / TT-BCT dated 12/5/2011 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade: Appointment letter or Power of attorney is the importer, distributor of the manufacturer and trading in that type of automobile or an agency contract of its own production and trading, which has been consularly legalized by a foreign diplomatic mission in Vietnam under the provisions of law: 01 (a) certified copy and stamp of the merchant's original copy. Certificate of qualified automobile warranty and maintenance facility granted by the Ministry of Transport: 01 (one) copy certified and stamped with the duplicator's original copy. Imported cars must check quality according to current regulations.
