Câu hỏi: Tôi có 1 lô hàng nhập Air, nhưng do máy bay không đủ chỗ nên hàng của tôi bị tách làm 2 chuyến, tuy nhiên trên AWB chỉ thể hiện 1 số chuyến bay, vậy nếu như tôi khai báo có cần lưu ý gì về vấn đề này không? Và khi thông quan hàng tại kho TCS mình có cần phải lưu ý điều gì không (do tôi thấy 2 chuyến bay nhưng lại cùng tên).
Trả lời:
Toàn bộ chứng từ và văn bản phải thống nhất thông tin theo AWB, Doanh nghiệp khai báo theo đúng thông tin trên giấy tờ (theo 1 số chuyến bay)
Tuy nhiên, tập quán của các Cơ quan hải quan làm việc khác nhau, trường hợp Doanh nghiệp nhập khẩu có C/O, Doanh nghiệp nên xin văn bản xác nhận của AIR LINE về việc off load này, Trên văn bản này cần thể hiện: tên tàu bay và số chuyến đầu tiên, tên tàu bay, số chuyến thứ 2. Đồng thời khẳng định 3 tiêu chí sau:

Off load là cần thiết vì lý do chính đáng hoặc do các yêu cầu có liên quan trực tiếp đến vận tải.
Hàng hóa được bảo quản và không tham gia vào giao dịch thương mại hoặc tiêu thụ trong quá trình lưu kho chờ xuất khẩu theo chuyến bay thứ 2;
Hàng hóa không trải qua bất kỳ công đoạn nào khác ngoài việc dỡ hàng và bốc hàng hoặc những công đoạn cần thiết để giữ hàng hóa trong điều kiện tốt
