Mô tả công việc:

Liên hệ hãng tàu nhận D/O, cược cont (nếu có…)
Liên hệ các cơ quan chuyên ngành làm thủ tục cấp chứng thư theo yêu cầu của từng mặt hàng
Liên hệ cơ quan hải quan làm thủ tục thông quan hàng hóa
Hoàn tất thủ tục nhận hàng tại kho, cảng, sân bay
Liên hệ khách hàng xác nhận thời gian, địa điểm, cách thức giao hàng, xếp dỡ, theo dõi vận chuyển
Thực hiện các công việc nội bộ khác theo yêu cầu của tính chất công việc.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Có kinh nghiệm 1 năm trở lên ở vị trí tương đương
Ưu tiên có Tiếng Anh giao tiếp.
Có Kỹ năng sử dụng bộ phần mềm MS office (Word, Excel)
Khả năng làm việc độc lập.
Khả năng chịu được áp lực công việc và làm việc.
Khả năng lập kế hoạch và sắp xếp công việc khoa học.
Trình độ: Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên
