Câu 106: Thủ tục xuất khẩu tượng đá và bàn ghế đá thực hiện như thế nào?

Trả lời:

Theo Nghị định 187/2013/NĐ-CP ngày 20/11/2013 của Chính phủ thì mặt hàng sản phẩm bằng đá không thuộc danh mục cấm xuất khẩu hoặc xuất khẩu có điều kiện. Mặt hàng này Doanh nghiệp được xuất khẩu không cần có ngành nghề, điều kiện kinh doanh phù hợp.

Thủ tục đăng ký, khai hải quan thực hiện theo Điều 16, 18 Thông tư 38/2015/TT-BTC ngày 25/3/2015 của Bộ tài chính quy định về thủ tục hải quan; kiểm tra, giám sát hải quan; thuế xuất khẩu, thuế nhập khẩu và quản lý thuế đối với hàng hoá xuất khẩu, nhập khẩu.
