Proposing the Company to compare the scientific name (latin) of shrimp products with the same as those in Appendix 3, promulgating the list of conditional imported aquatic breeds together with Circular No. 04/2015 / TT-BNNPTNT dated 12 February 2015 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and Circulars of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating the common import list. Procedures for import of aquatic breeds comply with Article 32 of Circular No. 04/2015 / TT-BNNPTNT dated February 12, 2015 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. When importing, they must check the animal quality and quarantine according to current regulations.

Procedures for registration and customs declaration shall comply with Articles 16 and 18 of Circular 38/2015 / TT-BTC of March 25, 2015 of the Ministry of Finance.
