Procedures for re-exporting cars and motorcyclesa) Procedures for re-export of motor vehicles and motorcycles shall be carried out at border-gate Customs Sub-Departments.b) Based on the dossier specified in Clause 1 of this Article, the border-gate Customs Sub-Department shall carry out re-export procedures according to current regulations on export goods not for commercial purposes.
