Các thông tin và thủ tục xin giấy khi nhập khẩu hóa chất?

Để nhập khẩu các mặt hàng hóa chất nói chung thì việc đầu tiên là đăng ký hóa chất trước khi nhập khẩu (đăng ký trên cục hóa chất)
Việc đăng ký hóa chất thường được thường được thực hiện trước khi tàu về (tốt nhất là trước 1 tuần), hiện nay, doanh nghiệp không phải đóng lệ phí nhập khẩu hóa chất
Hồ sơ đăng ký hóa chất bao gồm: mẫu đơn đăng ký hóa chất theo số 40/2011/TT-BTC ngày 14/11/2011 của Bộ Công thương quy định về khai báo hóa chất khi làm thủ tục nhập khẩu hóa chất, doanh nghiệp phải xuất trình 1 bản chính Giấy xác nhận khai báo hóa chất do Bộ công thương cấp, cùng với Packing list, Invoice, Hợp đồng đăng ký trên cục hóa chất (2-5 ngày làm việc sẽ có giấy đăng ký)
