LOGISTICS H-A RECRUITMENT NOTICE - GENERAL ACCOUNTANT

• Collect and process accounting information, data and accounting documents through arising economic operations related to the production and business process of enterprises.
• Based on arising operations, collect, check and arrange documents.
• Monitor banking operations, perform banking transactions.
• Enter data, manage records to track and reconcile accounts receivable and payable. Liaise with clients working on debt.
• Perform other internal tasks as required by the nature of the job.

• Know the current regulations on invoices, electronic invoices, tax declaration and payment (VAT, CIT, PIT, License Tax...).
• English communication is preferred.
• Experience in working with accounting software.
• Skilled in statistics and charting.
• Having skills in using MS office software suite (Word, Excel) to edit documents, make tables to track accounting-related data.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work under pressure and work.
• Ability to plan and organize scientific work.
• Qualification:Graduated with a major in accounting.
