Chúng tôi muốn nhập khẩu mặt hàng slim cream ( kem đánh tan mỡ bụng ) từ Hàn Quốc, Nhưng bộ Y tế trả lời chúng tôi là hàng không thuộc danh mục công bố mỹ phẩm. Vậy đối với hàng này chúng tôi muốn nhập thì cần điều kiện và kiểm tra chuyên ngành gì không?

Trả lời:

- Do Công ty chưa cung cấp đầy đủ thông tin về hàng hóa gồm: tên thương mại, mã HS,… nên không có câu trả lời chính xác cho trường hợp này. Do đó, công ty cần xác định bản chất, công dụng (dược phẩm, mỹ phẩm, …) và tham khảo các quy định sau để áp dụng chính sách chuyên ngành của Bộ Y tế cho phù hợp:

+ Thông tư 06/2011/TT-BYT ngày 25/01/2011 của Bộ Y tế quy định về việc nhập khẩu mỹ phẩm

+ Thông tư 06/2018/TT-BYT ngày 06/04/2018 của Bộ Y tế ban hành Danh mục thuốc, nguyên liệu thuốc dùng cho người và mỹ phẩm xuất khẩu, nhập khẩu được xác định mã số hàng hóa theo Danh mục hàng hóa xuất khẩu, nhập khẩu Việt Nam,... cùng các quy định hiện hành khác liên quan.

Đề nghị công ty tham khảo nội dung quy định trên để thực hiện. Trường hợp phát sinh vướng mắc, đề nghị công ty liên hệ cơ quan chuyên ngành Bộ Y tế để được hướng dẫn cụ thể.
