According to the Vietnam Inland Waterway Administration, the above regulation is to create favorable conditions for seafarers, shipping enterprises, especially in the field of sea-river transport (VR-SB). At the same time, the person who has the vocational trainer's qualifications can also take the exam to get the waterway chief engine of the respective classes without further study.
