After April 15, Vietcombank Hai Phong Branch did not charge a port fee in cash

Vietcombank Hai Phong Branch has issued a notice from tomorrow (April 10), this bank will collect seaport fee via Internet Banking.
According to Vietcombank Hai Phong Branch, the implementation of seaport fee collection via Internet Banking has contributed to preventing and fighting Covid-19 epidemic and reforming administrative procedures.
Notably, after April 15, Vietcombank Hai Phong branch will not collect seaport fee in cash, so this bank asks organizations and individuals to register to pay seaport infrastructure fee. Internet Banking channel.
In order to encourage businesses to pay fees by online form (via Customs Electronic Payment Portal 24/7), on March 16, Hai Phong Department of Finance reduced points of port infrastructure fee collection directly from 11 points. with 6 points, by March 31, Department of Finance will continue to issue written notice No. 60 / TB-STC about the suspension of the remaining 6 points of toll collection in response to the Covid-19 epidemic.
According to the Department of Finance, the suspension of 6 toll collection points until April 15, 2020, after which the Department continues to notify the collection of charges under the direction of Hai Phong City People's Committee.
During this time, businesses can pay fees by the following forms: Payment through Customs electronic payment portal 24/7; submit at 21 counters in Hai Phong area of Vietcombank- Hai Phong Branch and VietinBank- Hai Phong Branch; or pay at other counters or transfer to STC's account 3511.0.9094073 at Hai Phong State Treasury (content to fill in the declaration number, enterprise name).
Due to the Department of Finance's document issued on March 31 and the suspension of 6 toll collection points on the 1st of April, the past days have been stagnant at collection points of Vietcombank- Hai Phong Branch and Vietinbank - Hai Phong Branch.
Therefore, in order to solve problems and give businesses time to switch completely to paying via Customs Electronic Payment Gate 24/7, on April 3, Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee Nguyen Van Thanh meeting with related parties to remove and make a decision to temporarily reopen 3 direct collection points from 4/4 to 11/4.
3 points were temporarily reopened, including: No. 1 at Thang Loi building - No. 3 Le Thanh Tong street, Ngo Quyen district; Point 6 at Duyen Hai Petroleum Hotel - 441 Danang Street, Hai An District; Collection point 14 at DIAMOND Building opposite TD PLAZA Le Hong Phong street, Ngo Quyen district.
However, as reflected by many businesses, the payment of seaport fees directly at the three points mentioned above still faces many difficulties.
