But will the Comercial invoice follow the actual number or Contract? Do I need to redo the Contract according to the new quantity?

In the field of goods import and export and customs clearance declaration, Invoice and Packing list are 2 important documents that most of all declaration papers must have.
Errors to avoid when doing Invoice
- Invoice does not show delivery conditions: FOB (with the name of the export port), CAME (with the name of the import port)
- The exporter sells goods according to the delivery unit price (for example CIF) but only writes the invoice at FOB price at the loading place, as well as does not record subsequent expenses behind.
- Foreign shippers have discounted sales, but on the invoice only the actual price is collected without showing the discount amount.
- Description of goods is not clear.
- Combining multiple items into one category.
- Lack of some required information.
Purpose of packing list
- Understand the exact information of that shipment (how much weight, size, number of packages / pallets, ...)
- Knowing that goods are unloaded by hand or using specialized means of lifting cranes.
- How long is the expected time for unloading goods to plan personnel loading and unloading, prepare warehouse.
- Find out which product is located exactly in which package, pallet. If there is damage to the goods we can complain to the manufacturer of the above information so that they can retrieve the cause from.
=> Invoice and packing list will show the actual number and you do not need to redo the Contract, when making payment, your company will pay based on the actual quantity on the Invoice

- Labels of cosmetic products must comply with ASEAN cosmetic labeling requirements
- Instructions for use, unless the form of presentation clearly demonstrates the use of the product
