PROCEDURE TO RETURN THE ERROR HARD DRIVE

- Pursuant to Point b, Clause 3, Article 17 of the Government's Decree No. 69/2018 / ND-CP dated May 15, 2019 stipulating:

3. In case goods are no longer within the warranty period under import contracts or under warranty contracts or agreements, the temporary export for re-import to foreign countries for warranty, maintenance or repair shall comply with regulations. following:

b) Used consumer goods; used components and spare parts on the List of goods banned from import are not allowed to be temporarily exported abroad for warranty, maintenance or repair. "

Thus, if the company's goods are no longer in the warranty period if they are used components, parts or spare parts of goods on the List of goods banned from import, they will not be temporarily exported to foreign countries for repair.

- Regarding the problems in Basel convention, please refer to Article 22, Appendix 1 - List of hazardous waste together with Circular No. 36/2015 / TT-BTNMT dated 30/6/2015 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for execution.

- Customs dossiers for goods temporarily exported for re-import comply with Article 55 of Decree No. 08/2015 / ND-CP dated April 21, 2015, amended and supplemented under Decree No. 59/2018 / ND-CP of the Government.
