How to import cosmetic products?

   Currently, the import of cosmetics is carried out in accordance with Circular 06/2011 / TT-BYT dated January 25, 2011 of the Ministry of Health regulating on cosmetic management. Accordingly: Cosmetic products granted by the Drug Administration of Vietnam - Ministry of Health to receive valid declarations of cosmetic products are allowed to be imported into Vietnam. Import procedures shall be carried out at customs offices according to current regulations. When carrying out import procedures, the enterprise presents to the Customs Department a declaration of cosmetic products which has been received by the Drug Administration of Vietnam - Ministry of Health.
