Circular No. 103/2015 / TT-BTC;
Circular No. 14/2015 / TT-BTC dated 30/01/2015 of the Ministry of Finance; Import and export tariff promulgated together with the Government's Decree No. 125/2017 / ND-CP dated November 16, 2017 and compared with imported goods and constituent materials to determine HS codes
Due to the lack of information about the constituent materials, content of constituent materials, manufacturing methods, catalog documents ... of imported goods, we cannot advise the exact HS codes of the goods stated by the Company. .
The basis for applying tax code is based on the actual imported goods of the Company at the time of import, on the basis of the enterprise providing technical documents (if any) or / and going to inspect at the Center.
