Internationalization and agency activities of buying, selling, processing and transit goods with foreign countries and stipulated in Circular No. 31/2011 / TT-BGTVT dated April 15, 2011 of the Ministry of Transport on quality inspection of technical safety and environmental protection of imported motor vehicles.
