Circular 29/2014 / TT-bct dated September 30, 2014 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Circular 41/2014 / TT-BNNPTNT dated November 13, 2014 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development guiding Decree 202 / 2013 / ND-CP, stipulating: In case of importing fertilizers for production and business, enterprises must submit: Copy of Business Registration Certificate or Investment Certificate or Business Registration Certificate, In which, there is a business in fertilizer business, issued by a competent agency, which is only presented when it is first imported. Copy of Certificate of conformity of imported fertilizer batch issued by the certifying organization.
