Exemption from quality control of imported radar products

By identifying radar items under the control and inspection of many ministries, in Resolution 99 / NQ-CP, the Government has “Exempted the quality of imported goods from radar. Assigning Customs authorities to base on dossiers and papers submitted to Customs, serving as a basis for goods inspection and clearance until the amendment of Decree No. 74/2018 / ND-CP ”.
The Ministry of Transport shall request the customs office to comply with Resolution 99 / NQ-CP to exempt goods quality inspection during customs clearance for radar products for ships and the Ministry of Transport. The load will only perform checks on this product when installed on board.
Previously, according to the review of the General Department of Customs, radar products were subject to specialized management of two ministries, including the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Information and Communications.
