Customs continued to have documents guiding procedures for exporting sticky rice

In order to create favorable conditions for enterprises, the General Department of Customs continues to have documents guiding procedures for export sticky rice shipments (including sticky rice, sticky rice and sticky rice).
Accordingly, for shipments of glutinous rice (including: sticky rice, sticky rice and glutinous rice) under the Red channel system, the provincial / municipal Customs Departments instructed the Customs Sub-Departments to not conduct physical inspection. Based on the phytosanitary certificate for exports issued by the quarantine agency or the fumigation certificate issued by an authorized organization, including the type of rice for customs clearance.
In order to avoid frauds, the provincial / municipal Customs Departments should apply professional measures to detect and promptly handle them.
Instruction of the General Department of Customs followed Official Letter No. 2571 / TCHQ-GSQL of April 22, 2020 guiding the registration of sticky rice export declarations; At the same time, on the basis of unifying the basis of determining the rules with interdisciplinary inspection teams (including representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Public Security) at the meeting with the City Customs Department. Ho Chi Minh City on 21/4/2020.
Previously, in Official Letter 2571 / TCHQ-GSQL dated April 22, the General Department of Customs said that it had set up on the VNACCS / VCIS System for enterprises to register customs declarations for exporting sticky shipments.
