The General Department of Customs said that the implementation of the regulations on concentrated isolation of the Government of Vietnam and the Lao Government to strengthen measures to prevent and control Covid-19 is not a measure to restrict or suspend import. entry into Vietnam for Vietnamese citizens or entry into Laos for Lao nationals.
In case the driver of a vehicle is subject to concentrated isolation according to medical regulations, the isolation time of the driver is a legitimate and objective reason, force majeure and in the case of extension. and not sanctioning administrative violations according to the provisions of law.
