VIỆT NAM KÝ FTA VỚI LIÊN MINH KINH TẾ Á - ÂU: RỘNG CỬA CHO HÀNG XUẤT KHẨU 04/06/2015 14:40 Chính thức khởi động tại Hà Nội vào tháng 3-2013, sau hơn 2 năm đàm phán và hoàn tất các thủ tục, Hiệp định Thương mại tự do (FTA) giữa Việt Nam và Liên minh Kinh tế Á - Âu vừa được ký kết, mở ra cơ hội lớn cho các bên liên quan. Theo đó, 90% dòng thuế và 90% kim ngạch xuất nhập khẩu của các bên sẽ được mở cửa và tự do hóa. Ước tính, sau khi hiệp định có hiệu lực, kim ngạch xuất nhập khẩu giữa hai bên sẽ tăng từ 4 tỷ USD (năm 2014) lên mức 10-12 tỷ USD vào năm 2020. Chi tiết
