- For used equipment of investment projects, including new investment projects and expanded investment projects, under the following cases:
a. The project is subject to investment policy decision.
b. Projects subject to implementation of procedures for issuance of investment registration certificates are not subject to investment policy decisions. If the investment project dossier has a list of used equipment and is approved by the agency competent to decide the investment policy, the investment registration agency shall issue an investment registration certificate according to the provisions of the Law. Investment does not apply to regulations that do not exceed 10 years.
